Free Parking Day 2019
Benefitting families at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
Free Parking Day is an event designed to serve families facing treatment or a stay at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. On June 20, 2019, every car that comes through the Scottish Rite and Egleston campus parking decks will be greeted with the simple gesture of free parking and the lasting reminder that they are not alone.

Our goal for Free Parking Day
We’ve set our goal at $8,000 for this campaign. With this funding, we will be able to pay the parking fee for every car that goes through the Egleston and Scottish Rite campus decks on June 20, 2019. Additionally, we look forward to bringing a few more fun surprises for the families. If you’d like to see a recap of last year’s event, you can find it here.

“I have to say my favorite reaction today was from a woman who had her baby in the NICU and has had to come back, and she had tears running down her cheeks saying how thankful she was that we were paying for her parking.”
“I got to stand out in the courtyard and when families came in after surgery or a procedure or just to get away from the hospital room for a few minutes, it was fun to be able to share that moment with them to give them a popsicle and see them enjoy being a kid and being a family.”
